Service Department hours of operation

Westco Motors Service Department is located on Dillon Street and our operating hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm. The most favourable time to call, however, is between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm.

Early Bird Check-in Service

For those customers with an early start, we offer the convenient option of an early bird check-in. Simply place your keys in one of the provided envelopes and write your name, registration number and contact details on a form (located inside of box) and drop into the after house slot, next to the service front doors in Dillon Street.

Please advise our service consultants when you make your booking of your need for an early bird check-in.

Safety Certificate Inspection Centre

The Westco Service Department also offers the ability to conduct a fully certified Road Worthy Inspection or Safety Certificate. A Safety Certificate is a compulsory certification required if you are looking to sell, or transfer ownership of your vehicle.

Servicing for Your Wheels

To ensure the safety of yourself and those travelling with you and to maximize the length of use of your tyres, don’t forget to ask our service staff to carry out a wheel alignment, balance, and rotation at your next service.

Courtesy Transport

We understand that your time is valuable so to save you the hassle of finding your own way to work or home; we offer our customers a courtesy coach facility to ensure you get to where you need to be. This facility operates from 8am until the final pick up at 4pm.

Loan Car Policy

If you’re unable to go without a vehicle while your car is being serviced, we offer the convenient solution of a loan car. Loan cars must be booked in advance, so should your need for this service arise, please speak with one of our service advisors when booking your next service.
